Gibor Hope Foundation International is a New York-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit expanding educational opportunity for underserved youth and young adults through scholarships and tuition assistance, tutoring and academic support, STEM learning and digital literacy, mentoring and leadership development, and career readiness.

Young people can have extraordinary potential while still facing barriers that make educational success more difficult.
For those with limited financial resources, the costs associated with tuition, tutoring, technology, educational materials, career preparation, and other learning opportunities can place valuable resources beyond reach.
Gibor Hope Foundation International exists to help bridge these gaps. We invest in education and opportunity so young people can strengthen their academic foundations, develop valuable skills, access educational pathways, and prepare for their futures.

Who we serve
Creating opportunity for the next generation
Our Education & Opportunity Program primarily serves middle-school students, high-school students, and young adults who may face financial, educational, technological, or opportunity barriers.
Our goal is not simply to help young people get through school. We want to help them prepare for what comes next.

Gibor Hope seeks grants, corporate sponsorships, charitable contributions, and community partnerships to support the delivery and growth of our Education & Opportunity Program.
Scholarships & Tuition Assistance
Through scholarship and tuition assistance, Gibor Hope seeks to increase access to qualifying education and training opportunities for eligible students facing financial barriers. As the program develops, we will track appropriate measures such as applications received, assistance awarded, educational pathways supported, and participant progress, while protecting student privacy.
Tutoring & Academic Support
Help participating students strengthen academic skills, develop effective learning strategies, and increase confidence in pursuing educational goals.
STEM Learning & Digital Literacy
Increase participants’ digital confidence, technology skills, and awareness of STEM educational and career pathways.
Mentoring & Leadership Development
Help participants develop stronger leadership, communication, decision-making, goal-setting, and personal-development skills while benefiting from positive guidance.
Career Readiness
Help participants better understand available career pathways and develop practical plans and skills for transitioning into education, training, or employment.

Why Gibor Hope
Education has the power to open doors.
Gibor Hope was shaped by a personal understanding of the sacrifices families sometimes make to provide their children with an education.
Founder Deepika Sharma remembers understanding from a young age that there were times when children simply did not ask for things they wanted or needed because they could see the financial sacrifices their parents were already making.
A young person’s potential should never be limited by the resources available to their family.
Gibor Hope exists to help create access—to education, guidance, skills, resources, and opportunities that can help young people move toward brighter futures.
